We believe in our people! Our path to B Corp certification has led us to set goals and take actions to better our employees’ professional and personal lives: we have organised and delivered courses in English, French, digital mindset/advanced, digital communication and netiquette, and Office. This, in addition to training courses on proper waste management, as well as surveys to initiate a mobility management plan.
There is naturally a lot more in store for 2024.
