2024 has been a year of great commitment and activity for Rotolito and Nava Press as they advance towards the social and environmental sustainability goals set during our 2023 assessment phase.
As promised, we expanded the scope of the corporate entity involved in obtaining B Corp Certification: we conducted a challenging yet fruitful assessment of Rotolito Romania, evaluating its performance according to the BIA (Benefit Impact Assessment) criteria, thereby including the Bucharest-based company in the Sustainability Report.
The report clearly and formally outlines the milestones and accountability of our journey, carried out according to GRI standards, which measured our impacts, identified areas for improvement, and set future objectives.
The entire European Community is aware that the CSRD regulation has experienced a setback, having postponed the legal deadlines initially scheduled for January 2026; however, this did not stop our work. On the contrary, it gave us more time and dedication to refine strategies, verify the effects of specific choices, identify areas for improvement, and accelerate our mission to strengthen virtuous interdependence.

The areas of activity and intervention, as in previous years, include:
- Environment
- Governance
- People
- Community
- Value Chain
We paid attention and committed effort (from all company departments and involving all Group companies) to collecting important data aimed at mapping the performance of our Supply Chain. This activity was made possible through a materiality analysis involving the main stakeholders of Rotolito and Nava Press. Additionally, we developed a clear roadmap for improving our impacts, knowing where to focus our future efforts.
Energy saving, promoting the use of certified paper, regulatory compliance, personal and professional development of our People, safety, workers’ health, and territorial protection remain priorities in the Group’s Governance and management strategies.

We also defined our Group purpose, which summarizes our commitment to promoting greater use of printed content over excessive digital content: certainly in defense of our sector, ancient and rich in wisdom, but above all in defense of the faculties of understanding, deep memorization, and the development of critical analysis of printed text.
“Inform, educate, connect
through the beauty, emotion, and value of printed paper.”
